Ari ni aku cr article pasal Arthroscopic surgery..bukan pe..tinggal 19 ari je lagi aku nk wat Arthroscopic surgery tu..adeii..smlm doktor dr hospital serdang call..nak postpone surgery aku dgn alasan ade kes lain..aku trus ckp..**ishh..sy da 2 kali postpone..x kan nk postpone lg..**..lastly doktor tu ckp..**ooo..ye ke..kalo camtu x pela..**adeii..x nak la aku..kalo aku postpone lagi, ni da kali ke-2 aku postpone..eeeiii..risau gak kalo aku m'lwt2 kan treatment ni, makin teruk lak nanti..
owhhh..berbalik pd tajuk entri..aku cr sket info pasal surgery ni,.yela aku sendiri pon x tau ape prosedur nye..ari tu,dr.khoo adela explain sket psl prosedur nye..tp x brape nk detail..
so..mengikut ape yg aku paham..(article ni sume omputihnye..)..Arthroscopic surgery adalah rawatan bagi meniscus yang tercedera(cth:koyak)..surgery dibuat bg membuang meniscus yg telah rosak, repair meniscus atau pun replacement..Arthroscopic surgery ni dibuat dgn cara memasukkan satu alat kecik beserta ngan camera kecik akan dimasukkan ke joint lutut melalui lubang kecik yg akan ditebuk.2 lubang x silap...(doktor yg ckp)..melalui camera tu, diorg akan check injuries yg berlaku pd meniscus aku..die ckp, kalo koyak kene jahit...camne die nk jahit aku p x tau..menurut info tu jugak,surgery ni amik ms 1 ke 2 jam gitu..lame gak tu..lepas surgery, aku kene duk dlm recovery room slama 2 jam..then br leh balik..harap2 nothing so serious la..aku nak heal cpat weh..
agak mengecewakan coz menurut info ni, recovery time agak lame..over 16 weeks..sedey woo..6 weeks with brace..6 weeks begin weight bearing n lain2 excercise..after 12 weeks low impact exercise n lain2 excercise kot..kalo nk sport balik kene dapatkan nasihat aku punyer therapist nanti..
adeii..cam complicated jerk..lepas surgey,maun 3,4 bulan lak aku berpantang..omg!!!!
